Eligibility
- The applicant should be the legal dependent of the deceased UPNAL employee.
- The deceased employee should have been a resident of Uttarakhand.
- The death should have occurred while the employee was in active service with UPNAL.
- The applicant should have been officially nominated by the deceased employee during their service period to receive the ex-gratia amount.
Exclusions
- If the applicant has already received the ex-gratia payment earlier, they are not eligible again.
Application Process
- Step 1: The interested applicant should visit (during office hours) the UPNL Headquarters Office and request a hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form from the staff exclusively entrusted to issue and collect filled-in applications.
- Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attested, if required).
- Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the relevant documents to the UPNL Headquarters Office.
