Eligibility
- The applicant should be a citizen of India.
- The applicant should be a native of the Union Territory of Pondicherry by birth or continuous residence for not less than 5 years.
- The applicant should belong to the 'Below Poverty Line' category.
Exclusions
Fishermen are not eligible.
Application Process

As a part of the proactive governance and timely benefits delivery, the beneficiaries are identified based on the data from the Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department in Puducherry, utilizing the cross-referencing functionality in UDH. The supply will be made to the holders of red ration card who have registered with the area Anganwadi.
