Assists multiple handicapped and mentally underdeveloped persons above the age of six years who are unable to earn a living, under the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Government of Madhya Pradesh. Currently, there is no specific provision for these individuals, and their parents and family members face significant challenges in their care. Providing a monthly grant-in-aid of ₹600/- for their livelihood will help meet their special needs and offer financial support.

Eligibility
- The applicant should be a native of Madhya Pradesh.
- The applicant should have a Certificate of 40 percent or more disability.
- The applicant's name should be mentioned on the Samagra portal and verified on the Sparsh portal
- The applicant should have an age certificate for being above six years of age.
