“Skill Upgradation and Vocational Education Scheme: For Worker” by the BOCW Welfare Board, Dept. of Labour, Punjab, is a welfare scheme that provides full course fees, boarding and lodging assistance to the registered workers who acquire Skill from technical institutions.
