Under this scheme, cash awards, certificates, and mementos are provided as a form of encouragement to Scheduled Tribe sportsperson students who secure the top three positions in national and international sports events.
The scheme provides financial grants (up to ₹3,00,000/- per organization) to registered NGOs/Trusts/Voluntary Organizations for promoting tribal culture among ST(P) communities in Assam’s plain districts (outside BTC).
“Honorarium for Pradhan Samajpatis of Indigenous Tribal Community” was launched by the Directorate of Social Welfare and Social Education, Govt. of Tripura on 1st July 2021 to provide financial assistance to to the Pradhan Samajpatis (Chief Community Headman) of indigenous tribal community.
Under this scheme, free accommodation, nutritious meals, educational materials, uniforms, personal hygiene items, and other facilities are provided to Scheduled Tribe (ST) students residing in ashram hostels operated by the Tribal Area Development Department.
The objective of the scheme is to motivate meritorious Scheduled Tribe students of Rajasthan by providing one-time financial assistance of ₹3,500/- to those pursuing regular college courses and achieving first division.
The scheme provides financial assistance to set up pre-primary schools in remote tribal areas, in the form of rent amount payable for the premises, fixed remuneration to one Teacher, one helper, teaching aid/equipment, toys, and mid-meal.
