The scheme aims to re-establish traditional artisan skills among SC/ST communities. It provides free training, infrastructure support, and marketing opportunities to artisans in selected artisan villages.
The scheme objective is to provide free skill training and self-employment support to widowed, abandoned, and destitute women through voluntary organizations. The scheme is implemented by the Social Justice and Empowerment Department with financial assistance provided to participating NGOs.
Launched on 1st August 2018, the scheme “Labour Skill Training Scheme” is a skill development initiative by the Building and Other Construction Workers Board, Govt of MP. It offers free skill training to construction workers aged 18-45 years and their dependents aged 16-45
