“Work Force Welfare Assistance” incentive under the “Incentive Scheme for MSMEs in Powerloom Sector” scheme implemented by the Dept. of MSME & T, Government of West Bengal, aims to provide reimbursement of expenditure incurred for paying contribution towards ESI and EPF.
“Waiver of Electricity Duty” incentives under the “Incentive Scheme for MSMEs in Powerloom Sector” scheme implemented by the Dept. of MSME & T, Government of West Bengal, aims to provide reimbursement of electricity duty on the electricity consumed for the manufacturing activity.

“Subsidy for Standard Quality Compliance” incentive under the “Incentive Scheme for MSMEs in Powerloom Sector” scheme by the Dept. of MSME & T, Government of West Bengal, aims to provide reimbursement of the expenditure incurred for obtaining certification from approved Institutions/ Research Labs.
“Subsidy for Energy Efficiency” incentives under the “Incentive Scheme for MSMEs in Powerloom Sector” scheme implemented by the Dept. of MSME & T, Government of West Bengal, aims to provide a reimbursement for the cost of energy audit and installations for energy conservation as per energy audit.
“Subsidy for Water Conservation/ Environment Compliance” incentive under the “Incentive Scheme for MSMEs in Powerloom Sector” scheme by the Dept. of MSME & T, Government of West Bengal, aims to provide reimbursement for expenditure incurred towards cost of captive sound pollution control devices.
The objective of the scheme is to facilitate the establishment of worksheds for shuttleless looms in an existing or new cluster, which will provide the required scale of economy for business operations.
