“The Goa State Journalist Awards Scheme” aims to encourage journalists to publish commendable news items, articles, or reports, fostering mass awareness. It provides awards, including a cash prize of ₹10,000/-, to eligible journalists in Goa.
“One Time Cash Incentive towards acquiring BEd, BPEd, DTEd, PGDCA” is a Welfare Scheme by the Armed Forces Flag Day Fund of the Department of Sainik Welfare, Puducherry. Through this scheme, up to ₹20,000/- is provided to the unemployed Ex-servicemen to pursue the mentioned programs/courses.
Through the “Cash Award to Top Ranking Holders in Public Examinations” scheme, cash awards of ₹50,000/-, ₹30,000/- and ₹20,000/- are granted to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Rank Holders respectively from SSLC/ SSC/ HSC Exam, and Intermediate (2nd Year) Public Examinations.
Under the scheme, the Board annually awards cash prizes to three male and three female children of registered construction workers in each district who scores the highest marks in the SSLC examination.
The Govt. of India introduced the “Kabir Puraskar Scheme” in 1990 under which a National Award designated as “KABIR PURASKAR” was instituted in three grades, namely, Grade One, Grade Two and Grade Three carrying a title and cash Award for acts performed during communal riots.
The scheme “Cash Award” was started by the Department of Labour and Employment, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh for the registered workers of Arunachal Pradesh Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (APB&OCWWB).
