This scheme provides an amount of ₹400/- per child per year for uniforms to all children aged 3 to 6 years receiving pre-school education at Anganwadi Centres. The scheme aims to create a distinct identity for Anganwadi Centre children & bring a sense of uniformity & social harmony among children.
The Lalima Abhiyaan aims to improve the health of children, adolescent girls, and women of reproductive age, and focuses on the prevention of anemia and nutrition awareness among adolescent girls.
