Chhattisgarh State Government started a scheme "Kisan Samriddhi Yojana" for farmers.
Kisan Samriddhi Yojana - Chhattisgarh - Introduction
This scheme provides a grant to farmers for tube well digging and pump installation. The main objective of the scheme is to increase productivity and crop intensity by making proper use of available groundwater through tube wells and providing irrigation facilities to the crops.
Benefits
Mining Grant:

| 2 | SC/ST | Actual Cost of mining (Including casing pipe) or Rs. 18,000/- whichever is less |
Subsidy on pump installation:

| 1 | General | Cost of pump and accessories or Rs. 20,000/- whichever is less. |
| 2 | SC/ST | Cost of pump and accessories or Rs. 25,000/- whichever is less. |
Eligibility
- Farmers of all categories of districts will be benefited.
- Preference will be given to small and marginal farmers.
- The farmers who have received the benefit of tube well mining grant in the past under any other scheme run by the department or under this scheme will not be eligible.
Exclusions
Application Process
- Applicant farmer needs to approach the panchayat first.
- The selection of farmers will be done with the approval of the three-tier panchayat.
