Free Computer Training - Introduction
“Free Computer Training” is a social security scheme by the State Sainik Board, Government of Uttarakhand. Under this scheme, free of cost computer training is provided to widows, dependents of the ex-servicemen, and soldiers.
Benefits
The following training is currently being imparted in all the districts of Uttarakhand:
- Diploma in Computer Application and Programming (Duration - 1 year).
- Diploma in Professional Accounting Duration (Duration - 1 year).
Eligibility
- The beneficiary should be a widow/dependent of the ex-servicemen and soldiers.
- The beneficiary’s educational qualification should be 12th pass.
Exclusions
Application Process
- Step 1: Applications for the course are first invited through publicity by the Office of the Director of Sainik Welfare.
- Step 2: Fill out the form properly and attach all the documents (attested, if required).
- Step 3: Submit the form to the Office of the Director of Sainik Welfare.
