The "Distribution of Kerosene Oil Scheme" by the Department of Food, Public Distribution and Consumer Affairs, Government of Jharkhand, aims to support eligible families under the National Food Security Act (NFSA), 2013, Jharkhand State Food Security Scheme, and White Card holders.
Through this scheme, beneficiaries receive 1 liter of kerosene oil at subsidized rates with a dealer commission of ₹0.50 per liter supported by the government.

Application Process
- Visit the nearest ration shop or designated enrollment center with the required documents.
- If Aadhaar is not available, apply for Aadhaar enrollment at an authorized center.
- Submit the Aadhaar number or Aadhaar Enrolment Identification Slip during registration.
- Verify the eligibility and documents with the designated officer.
- Collect the Kerosene Oil from the distribution center as per the monthly schedule.
