Mahila Samruddhi Yojana (GSKVN) - Introduction
The scheme “Mahila Samruddhi Yojana (GSKVN)” by the Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Gujarat Government, aims to provide financial assistance to female Safai Kamdars and their dependents to start small businesses. Through this scheme, loans for various self-employment ventures are provided to eligible female individuals. The scheme is implemented by the Gujarat Safai Kamdar Vikas Nigam (GSKVN).
Benefits
- An individual loan of ₹1,00,000/- is provided.
- The interest rate on the loan is 4%.
- The loan is intended for various businesses/occupations such as Mandap Decoration, Computer, Electrical Shop, Animal Husbandry, Grocery Shop, Bamboo Work, Sewing Work, Embroidery, Beauty Parlour, Mobile Repairing, etc.
Eligibility
- The applicant must be a native resident of Gujarat State.
- The applicant must be a sanitation worker or a dependent woman.
- The applicant must be female.
- The applicant's age should not be less than 18 years and not more than 50 years on the date of the advertisement.
Application Process
Registration Process:
- Go to the esamajkalyan.gujarat.gov.in and navigate to the "Gujarat Safai Kamdar Development Corporation" section under the Corporation menu.
- Click on "Mahila Samruddhi Yojana" and then Apply Now.
- Click on "New User? Please Register Here".
- Enter the required details and click Register.
Application Process:
- Enter your User ID, Password, and Captcha Code, then click "Login".
- Read the scheme details carefully and click OK.
- If your permanent address is correct, confirm it. Otherwise, enter your correct address.
- Click Save & Next to proceed. Upload the relevant documents.
- If you need to make changes, click "No, Cancel". If all details are correct, click "Yes, Submit".
- Click Save Application. Note down your Application Number for future reference. You can also take a printout by clicking Print Application.
