One-Time Grant Money to Soldiers Conferred with Gallantry Medal Award scheme is a social security scheme by the State Sainik Board, Government of Uttarakhand. Under this scheme, a one-time grant is available to serving soldiers and former soldiers of the state who have been conferred with the Gallantry Medal Award.

Benefits

  • A one-time grant of a maximum of ₹50,00,000/- and a minimum of ₹4,00,000/- is given.
  • ₹4,00,000/- and a minimum of ₹40,000/- is given.

Eligibility

  • The applicant should be a serving soldier or a former soldier.
  • The soldier should be conferred with the Gallantry Medal Award.

Exclusions

Application Process

  • Step 1: Prescribed format can be collected from the nearest District Sainik Welfare Office.
  • Step 2: Fill the form properly and attach all the documents (attested, if required).
  • Step 3: Submit the form at the District Sainik Welfare Office.
